Are we answering your calls in a timely manner? Are you using our website? How easily do you find what you need? Do our surveys help you provide competitive pay and benefits? How can we make your membership more valuable? We need your feedback on these questions and many others.
We gather this information over two workweeks, and the last day to fill out the survey is Friday, April 17. Before April 6, please ask your IT Department to white-list the ZipSurvey IP address 126.96.36.199 and the email address firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure the email is recognized as legitimate and delivered to your inbox.
We then compile the information and use it in our business and strategic planning. Through the responses, we know what to keep doing and what to change so we can provide the greatest value to you, our members.
